What you authorize
Choose the accounts you connect and review each provider’s requested permissions. Signing in to Meshio and authorizing a source are separate operations.
What we store
Meshio stores references, metadata and extracted text from authorized items to enable search. It also stores account information and connection credentials. Originals remain with their service.
How it is used
This information finds results by name or available content and shows their account and location. Search is limited to your authorized sources.
What happens when you disconnect
The connection and its index are removed from Meshio. Original files and emails remain with the provider. Provider consent is managed separately.
